Welcome!

Arata’s Pumpkin Farm is the must-visit destination for all your pumpkin needs. We have pumpkins of all sizes and in dozens of varieties. We have the special pumpkin for everyone in your family!

But there’s so much more to us than just pumpkins! Challenge yourself mentally and physically in our world famous two-acre Minotaur’s Labyrinth hay maze. Take in the wonders of our six-acre corn field and Pumpkin River. Brace yourself for thrills and chills in our haunted barn. Kick back and enjoy one of our hay rides. There are also picnic areas throughout the farm, for when you want to relax and refuel.

Arata’s is a terrific choice to spend the day with the young ones as well. We’ve got a Play Land playground with a miniature version of our hay maze, a train ride, guided pony rides and even a petting zoo! At Arata’s Pumpkin Farm we have something for everybody!

What an amazing place to go. The hay maze is really hard (budget an hour), pumpkins are great and reasonably priced, and you can bring your dog!

Cute little spot to take your family or do a group activity to feel festive for October! They have a cute hay maze you can do there. They also have a petting zoo area, but it was closed by the time we go there since we did get there late. A lot of pumpkins to chose from, and a corn field. Good place for nice festive photos!

Fun place to visit! The maze was not easy for 2 adults, took us 20 minutes to get out.

Came here for the first time today....We did the hay maze and got lost for a good 40 minutes.....Thanks to some teenagers we were able to make it through....I think $12.00 per person was a fair price.....I would suggest more options at their snack shack that are more health.......Maybe an apple or an orange option.....Overall, it's a fun place for families!!

Love, love, love this place!  It's simply magical and old fashioned. Although there are a couple of jumpy houses, that's not the focus. It's the beautiful hay maze, the awesome sculptures, the real farm animal petting zoo, the eerie haunted house, and fresh beautiful pumpkins. A great patch to spend the day in. We were so busy there, did not have time for the hay ride but I hear it's great. The scenery is magical as well, surrounded by trees and close enough to the highway. (But not directly on the highway). My personal favorites were the sweet and friendly animals as well as the "hidden" river of pumpkins in the corn field.

Today was the first day the farm officially opens for the Halloween season. We went for the first time and the older gentleman who I'm pretty sure runs the farm was super nice, welcoming and really funny. We did the hay maze which is actually pretty hard, lol. The petting zoo wasn't opened yet but we were still able to feed the goats and we saw the chickens and some bunnies. The older gentleman even accompanied us through the haunted house but since it was during the daytime it wasn't as scary as he said it's supposed to be. He mentioned that during the month of October, the hay maze can be completed at night, which sounds pretty fun and that the haunted house has live actors which makes it scary. Will definitely be back to pick out our pumpkins and do the night hay maze, I'll probably pass on the haunted house, lol.

Fun pumpkin patch :). Great for kids, but also couples who want to hang out, pick a pumpkin, go through a maze, and take cute pictures. (Note: For the maze, you may need to open doors in the maze! We thought that was cheating originally, and never would have gotten out!)

The maze is fun, it took us about 30 mins to find the way it ! We all played 2 times ! U must bring flash light cuz dark inside the maze ! The haunted barn only good for little kids to play cuz not scary and only walking about 5 mins inside !

Cute little pumpkin patch. We took our 1 yr old there and he enjoyed it. They had a variety of pumpkins, a maze, and a train ride. They did not have a lot of food options but they made up for it with their activities.

Arata’s hay maze was really fun! It took us a good amount of time to get through - it’s not too easy. It’s definitely a fun fall activity no matter your age.

Stopped in after the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival. We had a great time in the maze - with help it took almost an hour. Our toddler had a pony ride, as well as played in the play ground area and she enjoyed the petting zoo. The patch itself is very nice, there are hayrides around the property and lots of areas to stage photos. Def. the best patch we've been to, we'll see you next year!
